Black Beans

Directions
Ingredients
- In medium saucepan, combine beans, onion and garlic, and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Season with cilantro, cayenne, and salt.
- Simmer for at least 5 minutes.
- 1 (16 ounce) can of black beans
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 T chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- salt to taste
Notes:
These can be served as whole beans, or mashed as black refried beans
