Black Beans

Serves:4           Cook Time: 10 minutes

Directions
Ingredients
  1. In medium saucepan, combine beans, onion and garlic, and bring to a boil
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  3. Season with cilantro, cayenne, and salt.
  4. Simmer for at least 5 minutes.

Notes:

These can be served as whole beans, or mashed as black refried beans
